When this cartoon is drawn, electric cable cutting and stealing incident live very rampant. This is due to high demand on metal
material by foreign countries. When scrap metal already finished, these opportunist go for the live cable which caused a lot of electrical supply disruption. In their theft attempt, no less that killed by electric shock.
