ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT

 

In an office, there’s a few officer that record their finger to the Finger Print Time Recorder early in the morning and then went out. Never to be seen the whole day. In the evening when about the time to go back, they suddenly emerge and record their finger. He/she do their finger recording time punctually. But in the actual fact is they are not in the office the whole day. Doing some 'side income' outside. It didn’t happen once in a while but every day, month and in fact for years. But because of the accuracy of finger recording time, he/she get off easily.

BLACKOUTS

 

To what extent can be done by an amateur cartoonist 14 years ago? However, during that time, there's a lot of exciting and delighting moments. The issue here is regarding blackouts that always happen in Kota Kinabalu town. Show how important electricity is to humanity. Many unimaginable possibilities could happen with this problem.

WATER POLLUTION

Water is a chemical substance with the chemical formula H₂O. Water covers 70.9% of the Earth's surface, and is vital for all known forms of life. As babies we are approximately 75 to 80% water and as we grow older this percentage decreases until the percentage is reduced to approximately 60 to 65% for men and 50 to 60% for women. The human brain is about 85% water and our bones are between 10 to 15% water. It should be kept clean; if not then many will suffer from water pollution base diseases.
